Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Gilroy, CA. This full-time, school-year position offers 37.5 hours per week and a start date of 8/19/2026.

The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, provide therapy, collaborate with teachers and families, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings. CA licensure and ESA certification or ability to obtain are required; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CA SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
