Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Rohnert Park, CA. This full-time, school-year position begins July 2026 and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 35 hours per week.

You will evaluate and treat students, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support communication and academic success. The role requires a Master’s in SLP, CA license/ESA or eligibility, and preferably CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

About The Role
