Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based position in Livermore, CA. The role focuses on evaluations, IEP goals, and therapy to support communication, social development, and independence.

Collaboration with educators and families is essential. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a CA SLP license (ESA cert acceptable), and preferably the CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain) are required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
• School-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Hours: Monday–Friday, FT (35 hours/week)

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
