Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-year assignment in San Jose, California. You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct and consultative services to students with diverse communication needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success while maintaining compliant documentation and participating in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• State licensure or ability to obtain before start date.
• Prior experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple grade levels.
• Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and progress monitoring.

Job description
