Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; advanced degrees preferred.
• Licensed as a Speech Therapist in the state; CE requirements.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems such as Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY or students when applicable.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, residents, and families.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Educate residents and families on goals and home programs.
• Ensure infection control and a safe treatment environment.
• Contribute to quality assurance and rehab program development.
