• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and functional independence.
• Supervise CFY or students in resident care and related activities as applicable.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols in the treatment environment.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on goals, home programs, and safety techniques.
