Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for Windsor Health & Rehabilitation in Starke, FL. You will assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, craft individualized plans, and guide families in communication strategies.

Required: Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, active state SLP license with CCC-SLP; Clinical Fellowship with provisional license considered. One year of experience preferred; competitive benefits include licensure reimbursement and PTO.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Will also consider a Clinical Fellow (CF) with provisional license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
