Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our Jacksonville, FL location to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Must hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active SLP license; CCC-SLP is required or CF with provisional license. At least 1 year of experience preferred.

You will develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress. Full-time daytime schedule at Regents Park of Jacksonville, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP is required (CF with provisional license also considered).
• 1 year of previous experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Will also consider a Clinical Fellow (CF) with provisional license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
