Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist at Lake Country Health Services, Oconomowoc, WI to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will work within a leadership team that prioritizes professional perspectives and patient care.

required qualifications include a Master’s in SLP, an active WI SLP license, and CCC-SLP from ASHA. Preference given to candidates with 1 year of experience. We offer full benefits and licensure reimbursement.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
