Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Lake Country Health Services team in Oconomowoc, WI. We offer a therapist-led environment focused on professional growth and patient-centered care.

Required: Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, active state SLP license and CCC-SLP; 1 year of experience preferred. Full-time daytime schedule with comprehensive benefits and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required


• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required


• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred


• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
