Continuum Therapy Partners in Defiance, OH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led network. You will evaluate speech, language and swallowing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

Required: Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, active state license and CCC-SLP, plus 1 year of experience preferred. We offer full benefits, 401k with company match, licensure reimbursement and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
