Continuum Therapy Partners in Lake City, FL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join its therapist-led network. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders across a growing national footprint.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on communication strategies and safety. A Master's in SLP, an active Florida SLP license, and CCC-SLP or CF provisional are required; 1 year of experience

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State SLP license current and unencumbered; CCC-SLP required; CF with provisional license considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Will also consider a Clinical Fellow (CF) with provisional license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
