Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Cleburne, TX. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders with a strong emphasis on individualized treatment plans and patient education.

Applicants should hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, a current state SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification. A strong preference exists for 1 year of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities
