Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Monticello, MN team. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans, and documenting progress to optimize outcomes.

The candidate will work full-time in a clinic setting, collaborating with a leadership team that values clinical perspective and patient-centered care. Licensure and CCC-SLP certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
