Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a growing, therapist-led team in Belleville, Illinois. We emphasize a responsive therapy environment and support clinicians across our expanding national footprint.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities
