Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led team.

We offer a full-time daytime schedule at Norton Health & Rehab in Galloway, OH with a full benefits package, 401k matching, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Applicants must have a Master's in SLP, an active state license (CCC-SLP preferred or CF with provisional license) and 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required; CF with provisional license considered.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Will also consider a Clinical Fellow (CF) with provisional license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
