Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time position at Pavillion Health & Rehab in Kettering, OH. This role emphasizes collaborative care and evidence-based treatment to support patients across settings.

The candidate will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and educate patients and families on effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license and CCC-SLP are required; CF with provisional license considered.
• At least 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Will also consider a Clinical Fellow (CF) with provisional license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
