Job summary

EDU Healthcare in St. Johns, FL is seeking an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist to support student communication and success in a school-based setting.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, develop IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and maintain detailed progress notes while enjoying built-in school holidays and CEU resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred; strong collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.
• Structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays.

• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in the state of FL (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery
• Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
