Job summary

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Saint Augustine, Florida to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity supports elementary-aged students as they develop the communication skills needed to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP-aligned plans, and therapy services with collaboration from teachers and families.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active or eligible Florida SLP license.
  • Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain).
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.

Pay: Stipend and Hourly Rate (Negotiable based on years of experience)

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Saint Augustine, Florida, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting elementary-aged students as they develop the communication skills needed to succeed both academically and socially.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary school students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active or eligible Florida SLP license.
  • Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
