Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy in a public school setting. CF supervision is available and complies with ASHA and state guidelines. Flexible options include full-time or part-time roles.

Applicants should have a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure or eligibility, and pediatric experience preferred. Licensure supervision for CFs is provided to ensure compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility in progress).
• CCC required or preferred but not mandatory for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, voice).
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and objectives and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to policies.
• Apply current best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.

Candidates passionate about helping students succeed through speech and language support services are welcome. CF supervision is available and fully compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team‑based planning
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and state policies
• Apply current best practices in speech‑language pathology for pediatric populations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
