Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CFY candidates will be considered.
• At least 2 years of school experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and student management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in content classes and 1:1 Focus sessions.
• Instruct students using multi-sensory methods to meet diverse needs.
• Provide decoding, encoding, reading fluency, and writing remediation.
• Plan and conduct balanced instructional activities.
• Maintain classroom environment conducive to learning and establish rules.
• Meet with parents to discuss progress and priorities.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports as required.
• Set clear objectives for lessons and communicate them clearly.
• Engage in staff development and curriculum meetings.
