Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site position near Milton, DE. This 1:1 role focuses on supporting students in a school setting and is open to travel candidates who want to contribute to student growth.

You will assess, treat, and monitor progress while collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive services. A DE license and CCC or CFY eligibility are required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current Delaware State license to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Warm, patient approach and a commitment to fostering student growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 speech and language therapy to students, supporting their communication goals and academic participation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Maintain thorough documentation on therapy sessions, progress, and required reports; participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student success.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education to maintain licensure and skills.
