Good Samaritan Society in Hastings, NE seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Skilled Rehab and Home Health team. You will administer evaluations and plan treatments for residents with speech, language, cognitive or swallowing disorders; collaborate with case managers and care staff.

Requires state licensure as an SLP, ASHA CCC or CFY status, valid driver's license, and BLS certification. The role includes travel between home health patients and facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC or currently completing CFY certification.
• BLS for health care providers required.

Responsibilities

• Administers speech and language evaluations and tests to diagnose and plan treatments.
• Develops individualized treatment plans for residents with speech and swallowing disorders.
• Provides services, monitors progress and ensures compliance with standards.
• Educates clients and collaborates with the care team to optimize outcomes.
• May supervise assistants and input documentation per guidelines.
