Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Consulting Speech Language Pathologist to join our Tech Services team, serving children and young adults up to 21 years old. The role supports school-year work with potential ESY and NSY opportunities, and may operate across Galina, Wharton-Chester, or Rock Hall sites.

The candidate will handle a caseload of about 30 students, working 37.5 billable hours weekly, and part-time applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Maryland SLP license required.
• Experience with diverse caseloads from birth to 21 years.
• Strong technology skills and quick adaptability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement IEPs.
• Use technology to enhance therapy sessions and track progress.
• Consult with teachers and parents on communication strategies.
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and IEPs timely.
• Adhere to Maryland health and professional regulations.
