Qualifications

• SLP license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for associated disorders while following regulatory standards.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services; refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with requirements.
