Job summary

Clarion Wellness in Clarion, IA, is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program serving geriatric and post-acute patients. The role focuses on screening, evaluating, and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

A current SLP license is required; all experience levels are welcome. We offer a stable in-house therapy team, CAPLICO values, and opportunities to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to support recovery.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders in line with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services; make referrals as needed.
