The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders at onsite locations in Massachusetts. You will create individualized treatment plans, implement therapies, and monitor progress with a focus on improving patient communication and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• State license required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• CCC-A or related credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans through a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about speech and language disorders and provide strategies to improve communication.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
