Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to support outpatient centers across the Boston area. The role involves comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy for a broad range of communication and swallowing disorders.

The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 3–5 years of experience, and state licensure (CCC-SLP preferred).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• 3–5 years of speech pathology experience required; outpatient experience preferred.
• Licensure: State license; CCC-SLP/CCC-A preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple outpatient sites.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior speech pathologists and other professionals.
• Perform comprehensive assessments for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy for a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
