Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support patients at Aitkin Health Services in Aitkin, MN. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and care teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP licensure, CCC-SLP, and prefers at least one year of experience.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
