Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Aitkin Health Services in Aitkin, MN. The role is PRN with responsibilities spanning evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, patient progress documentation, and family education on communication strategies.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, a current state SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
