Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Minnesota is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist. A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, with a current state SLP license and CCC-SLP certification; 1 year of experience is preferred.

You will evaluate and develop treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and educate patients and families on communication strategies. Schedule: PRN at Heritage Manor, Chisholm, MN.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
