Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time daytime role at the Thief River Care Center in Thief River Falls.

Requirements include a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an unencumbered state SLP license and CCC-SLP, plus at least one year of experience to contribute to high-quality patient care in a therapist-led organization.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
