Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Minnesota is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered care at Aitkin Health Services. The PRN position requires CCC-SLP, state licensure and an established track record in evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, educate families, and collaborate with health teams to improve communication outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
