Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN daytime role at Meadow View Nursing Center in Berlin, PA. You will work within a therapist-led team to provide high-quality care and flexible scheduling.

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
