Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime coverage. You will evaluate, treat, and document therapy for speech, language, and swallowing disorders as part of a collaborative care team.

Requires a Master's in SLP, state license, CCC-SLP, and 1 year of experience preferred. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact residents at Robin Run Village.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:
