Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team serving Naamans Creek Country Manor in Garnet Valley, PA. You’ll work as part of a clinical team, choosing your schedule while ensuring high-quality care for patients with speech, language, and swallowing needs.

Required: Master’s in SLP, valid state license, CCC-SLP, and 1 year of experience preferred. You’ll evaluate, plan, document progress, and educate families on safe communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
