Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime work at Birch Hill Health Services in Shawano, WI. You will evaluate, plan, and document care for speech, language, and swallowing disorders while educating patients and families on strategies to support communication and safety.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
