Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support a PRN daytime schedule at Meadow View Nursing Center in Berlin, PA. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, integrating family education and ongoing progress documentation.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid SLP license, and CCC-SLP credentials; at least 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
