Job summary

Qualifications

• CCC from ASHA or CF with appropriate supervision.
• Current Texas licensure to practice as an SLP.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes comprehensive evaluations using standard tools.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses and history.
• Establishes goals and develops treatment plans for independence.
• Supervises CFYs, speech interns, and rehab techs per state act.
