Qualifications

• CCC from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship (CF) with supervision from a certified/licensed SLP.
• Current state professional license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses, medical history, and precautions.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops a treatment plan to maximize independence.
• Supervises CFYs, speech interns and rehab technicians in direct patient care.
