Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Pivot team at Windsor Gardens in Lancaster, TX. This PRN position covers Windsor and Villa sites, delivering therapy to patients and supporting CFYs.

The SLP will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop goals and treatment plans, and supervise CFYs, interns, and rehab techs in accordance with state practice acts. Required ASHA CCC or CF supervision and current state license.

Qualifications

• ASHA CCC required.
• CFY CF with supervision from certified SLP.
• Current state license in practice state.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Able to work with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients.
• Complete comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools.
• Review patient records for diagnoses and history.
