Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a graduate program in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA recognition.
• Current PA State Licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification with ASHA card, or eligible for CFY/clinical fellowship.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and establishes plans of care with age-appropriate considerations.
• Documents therapy care in EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborates with physician and interdisciplinary team for treatment changes.
