Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat patients with speech, language, fluency, voice, swallowing and cognitive disorders in Michigan. You will identify needs, initiate therapy interventions, and educate patients and families while collaborating with the care team.

Required CCC or CFY with CCC, state licensure, and BLS. Schedule: full-time, 8am-4:30pm workdays, with equal opportunity employment practices observed by the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in speech-language pathology.
• CCC or CFY with CCC completion within 3 months.
• Current state licensure and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, fluency, voice, swallowing and cognitive disorders.
• Develop individualized plans of care and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with patient and family; educate and coordinate with care team.
