Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech-language pathology.
• CCC–SLP from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competency).
• CFY with CCC within three months afterCFY completion.
• Current State Board of Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and treatment for speech deficits; collaborate with patients/caregivers to set goals.
• Establish an individualized plan of care and select therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct ongoing reassessment of patient progress and response to treatment.
