Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Must apply the theory of Speech Language Pathology under applicable ethics and_state practice rules.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and establish a plan of care for patients referred to PM&R.
• Treat and diagnose patients within medical limits and age appropriateness.
• Complete documentation and billing for Speech Therapy.
• Serve as a clinical instructor (CI) for SLP students.
• Collaborate with PM&R and other departments as needed.
