Qualifications

• Certification must be current before independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for assigned patients according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral.
• Responds to emergency situations as needed.
• Collaborates with care team to plan and implement patient-centered communication interventions.
