Powerback is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join a multidisciplinary rehab team. You will complete a 36-week Clinical Fellowship under supervision, pursue provisional licensure, and document progress while delivering patient-centered therapy across cognitive-communication, swallowing, and speech goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; ASHA eligibility or licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum 36 weeks Clinical Fellowship under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and CMS guidelines during fellowship.
• Provide patient-centered evaluation and therapy across cognitive-communication, speech, and swallowing domains.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the rehab team.
