Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidate. The role focuses on providing speech-language pathology services across rehabilitation settings, under supervision, while meeting state licensure and CCC requirements.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with the rehab team to achieve communication and swallowing goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed, certificate, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum 36 weeks Clinical Fellowship while being supervised by a licensed SLP.
• Prepare licensure documentation and CCC, and maintain timely communication with supervisor.
• Maintain productivity standards in rehab setting and participate in patient care and team meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Assist with acquisition of adaptive communication devices and patient instruction.
• Provide thorough documentation and progress notes for services rendered.
