Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship candidate to join our rehab team. You will complete the required 36-week fellowship under licensed supervision and work toward provisional licensure while following CMS supervision guidelines.

Responsibilities include delivering SLP services across cognitive-communication, dysphagia, memory, and related areas, coordinating referrals, and ensuring patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA-acceptable credentialing or state licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 36-week Clinical Fellowship for full-time employment under licensed supervision.
• Meet state licensure requirements and CMS supervision guidelines.
• Document progress, licensure status, and supervisee relations.
• Deliver SLP services including cognitive-communication, swallowing, and memory therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and adapt plans to patient needs.
• Maintain safety, equipment, and participate in team meetings.
