Sage Connections is a mission-driven, woman- and therapist-owned company based in Saint Augustine, FL. We’re hiring full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver K–12 school-based services for the 2025–2026 school year, with strong support and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFs welcome with supervision available.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.

• Schedule:Monday–Friday, roughly 7:30 - 3:30 depending on school site
• Hours:35 hours/week
• Dates:ASAP – May 29, 2026, with potential to renew
• Location:Onsite in Saint Augustine
